The standard FlexyMark with its wide working
chamber (oversized enclosure) provides the ideal laser marking workstation with
an optional expanded working area (customizable to any size ) for marking of
very large parts or of pallets or trays with multiple smaller components.
The
system is available with multi-axis components including automatic pick & place
systems, tag makers, automated palletized trays, motorized tables with strokes
up to 1200mm, as well as a rotating axes and rotating scam heads for marking
long and heavy cylindrical parts.
FlexyMark is a versatile Laser Marking System
which can be configured to any specifications. It is a perfect combination of
laser flexibility, mechanical automation (X-Y table, Z-axis, C-axis, rotating scan
head, loading-unloading systems, pick and place) and offers FlyCAD to both
operate the laser as well as provide CAD drawing capability.
In its standard configuration, FlexyMark can come with with an X-Y table with a
stroke up to 600x800 mm (23,6" x 31,5").
The C-Axis (rotary indexer) is
specifically designed for marking of cylindrical parts. It provides marking on
sloped surfaces or conical parts, with a rotating head. The rotating head is fully
PC controlled resulting in automatic marking of complex parts without manual
intervention. On the same system it is possible to also install a mechanical rotary
indexing table (from 2 to 20 stations) with fast, precise and constant positioning.
When the rotary table is installed, Flexymark has an additional “Service Door” to
allow easy and immediate access to the marking area to ease parts positioning
or the production of prototypes or small runs of parts. This workstation is fully
self contained and any laser such as (Fly DPPS, FiberFly, FlyAir, Lamp-pumped
and CO2) producing any wavelength can be integrated into the system which
gives the operator the ability to mark any type of material.
