The LaserTab is a cost effective Class I desktop laser marking system with a
manual Z-axis and manual door.
It provides the ideal solution for marking parts
in a safe Class I system with a joystick for instant focus. The LaserTab
transforms a FLY laser into a safe, practical and economical transportable laser
that can be installed on a simple desk. The wide cabinet has a sliding manual
door with a Class I inspection glass that offers a clear view of the product being
marked. For increased productivity the laser can be moved manually up to
200mm along the Z-axis while the working plane is fixed. Processing of parts of
different sizes and shapes is thus possible. A rotary C axis (rotary indexer) – for
marking of cylindrical parts - can be optionally integrated.
This workstation is fully
self contained and any laser system can be integrated (Fly DPPS, FiberFly,
FlyAir and CO2) producing any wavelength, giving the operator the ability to
mark any type of material. When the LaserTab is integrated with a FiberFly or
FlyAir laser, it operates with conventional household 110 power source and does
not require any external cooling.
FlyCAD operating software can be run under
modern Windows versions and a simple network connection is all that is needed
to control the Laser. This means that any available PC can be transformed into a
professional marking station.
